Miles @ 2 Months

It's hard to believe that 2 months have already passed but yet at the same time, it feels like Miles has always been here. So many changes in the past few weeks, we're seeing more smiles and personality coming out. At 2 months, Miles:

-is a smiling machine, particularly in the morning and when he's about to nurse.
-still sleeps in his vibrating chair beside our bed. He sleeps so well in there, that we're afraid to rock the boat and move him to the crib.
-has outgrown his 0-3 month sleepers and is on the last few weeks of his 0-3 month onesies.
-loves the ceiling fan. Nanny and Granddad had to go out and replace their one after it burnt out (literally). They made sure to buy one with a slow speed and a remote control.
-loves to kick around on the floor.
-is Mr. Efficiency - he can polish off a meal in 5 minutes flat. A nice change from Simon who was a leisurely eater.
-is on his last pack of size 1 diapers. They still fit okay but we're not confident enough to committ to another pack!
-has a pretty well established nighttime routine. He likes to go to bed at the exact same time as Simon, which makes solo bedtime challenging and generally wakes once or twice a night. We're up for the day at 6:45am on weekdays and 8:00am on weekends (provided Simon cooperates).
-is a happy, content baby as long as he doesn't need to burp and is well rested.
-is only good for 1.5 hours maximum before he needs to go down for a nap.
-takes one monster nap during the day 3-5 hours!
-takes a bottle like a champ and wonders where the rest is.
-hates car rides. He often screams if we don't get him in there asleep and it's compounded by Simon screaming, "Miles needs a soother".
-is still swaddled at night.
-takes his first nap in the swing, second nap in my arms, long nap in the car seat or sometimes on the Boppy pillow.
-loves diaper changes.
-doesn't spit up nearly as much as Simon did.
-doesn't like to be upright. He always flings himself back to be in a more reclined position.
-still has blue eyes.
-weighs in at ___lbs. __oz., __ inches
