It's gone - the umbilical cord that is. It's going to be much easier to change diapers from here on out without having to work around the belly button. Not to mention that aesthetically it looks better.
And a related Simon funny. The other day he was helping Matt with a diaper change. Simon is obsessed with poop and is always hanging out to comment on the size of it. When Matt was changing Miles diaper, Simon was "helping". At one point, Simon pointed to Miles umbilical cord and exclaimed, "More poop Daddy. Big poop Daddy."
